About GACF
Advancing academic protection through international law
Founded in Helsinki in 2021 by Professor Ali Gorji of the University of Münster and the University of Tehran, GACF applies the rigorous standards of International Humanitarian Law to document, coordinate, and respond to attacks on higher education in conflict zones worldwide.

The engineering faculty and its adjoining library sustained structural damage during shelling of the Riverport university district. Teaching was suspended for the term.
